Return Policy

Custom Products refers to personalized products. For Custom Products, no refunds of any nature will be granted once Solutions by Saly, LLC begins your order. All PanePix and Sentimental Shades products are considered to be "custom products" and will be handled as such. Additionally, no partial refunds will be provided for work not completed and design and set up fees may still apply and be charged.


Canceled Orders or Address Errors

You need to call in to cancel your order (Please call 610-594-2191 Monday-Friday 9-6pm excluding holidays to cancel your order. If after hours, simply leave a voicemail with a call-back number). We do not accept emails as a way of cancelling orders. For any refused package or any returns to Solutions by Saly, LLC due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, the customer is responsible for any additional actions to address the situation.


Order Discrepancy

If you receive damaged/incorrect or missing items in your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 business days from the date of delivery.

Certain information may be required for verification:

a) Photo of the packing envelope/box

b) Photo of the packing list

c) Photo of the damage/incorrect item

Customers may send the above information to customerservice@panepix.com. A representative will review the order and respond within 72 hours.
